We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions from time to time in order to reflect changes in market conditions, technology, relevant laws and regulatory requirements or payment methods that might affect our business. You should therefore always read the Terms and Conditions before every purchase as you will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of your order.
Our Terms and Conditions in no way affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Terms & Conditions of Sale
When you order products or services on ALT Network (wapp.altrecordingstudios.com) websites you enter into a contract for purchase with ‘ALT Network‘.
Your Account
The “Your Account” login enables you to check the status of your orders and to place future orders on our website without having to re-enter your details each time. You can update your details under “Your Account” at any time. You are responsible for the security of your password and must take all reasonable steps to ensure that your password is kept confidential. You agree to accept responsibility for all purchases and activities that occur under your account.
Prices
All prices are the same as those published on the site at the time of order except in case of obvious error. If we have displayed an incorrect price we will contact you at the time of order to advise the correct price. ALT Network and ‘wapp.altrecordingstudios.com‘ reserve the right to alter the prices at any time to reflect the cost of material change but changes in price will not affect orders that have already been confirmed by us. Any delivery charges will be displayed on your order form.
Payment
ALT Network are pleased to accept orders on our website (wapp.altrecordingstudios.com) via the paypal secure server. This can be via your paypal account or direct with a credit/debit card. Payment will be processed after receipt of your order but prior to dispatch. Orders will not be accepted unless we have a valid card payment from the registered owner of the card. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be held liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. ALT Network can also take orders and payment over the phone or via email (non-secure). ALT Network also accept cheque or bank transfers as payment methods. Please contact ALT Network by email support@wapp.altrecordingstudios.com. ALT Network accept payment in pound sterling or local currency at the price specified.
Delivery
ALT Network agree to deliver physical products within 21 working days of order but most goods will be dispatched within 1-14 business days of ordering. ALT Network‘s working week is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm GMT. If we are unable to deliver physical products within the above time we will contact you to agree another date. If we cannot come to an agreement of a new delivery date we will refund the cost of your purchase minus 15% or £150 administration fee.
ALT Network use Royal Mail to deliver to the UK and to the rest of the world and offer you different options upon checkout including first class, second class and recorded delivery. If you do not choose a delivery method that guarantees delivery, then ALT Network is in no way responsible for non-delivery of the physical products.
Delivery prices are per Royal Mail current prices and are dependent upon weight and size of parcel. The current prices are as follows:-

International shipments may have local import duties and taxes charged at port of entry. If these charges apply they are payable by you upon receipt. Goods may also be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
ALT Network want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your physical product or your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please call one of our representatives within 24 hours of receipt of the product so that we can discuss the problem. Any physical products that we agree can be returned must be done so within 7 workings days of receipt and must be adequately packaged so that they are returned safely. We will refund you within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s). ALT Network are happy to refund the delivery charge of the item that you return but we are not required to refund the return fee. ALT Network cannot accept returns, exchange or give refunds for any physical products that have been ordered incorrectly on our website.
